What We Do
Wear Tech Foundry manufactures customer specific products. Castings can be made in accordance with drawings and specifications supplied by the customer or designed and developed in consultation with Wear Tech Foundry.
We specialise in high strength and shock resistant materials, specifically designed for service in severe wear, high temperature and corrosive environments. Wear Tech Foundry's manufacturing capacity is short to medium-run casting volumes, with individual casting weight of up to 1200 kgs.
Capabilities
All projects are monitored by a specialised foundry production management system, Synchro ERP. This allows Wear Tech Foundry to track customers' orders through all production stages, from planning to despatch and invoicing.
This system also provides for comprehensive record keeping of drawings, patterns and specific production requirements.
